vegeta is the king (cuz his father died) of all saiyans. same to goku he can reach ssj4 too, for he skipped ssj3 by a beam that gave him power. vegeta unlike goku was not pure of heart for he killed planets and what ever frieza told him to do, he didn't know frieza blew his planet up cuz see he was on a planet and frieza's henchmen .told him it was destroyed by an asteroid. he never liked frieza.(well e nuff about that) Vegeta made a family and his wife bulma, they had two children trunks and bra. vegeta met the z-fighters by trying to get immortal by the dragonballs. nappa, his dead former friend was killed by vegeta in the saiyan saga.
although he turned ssj was anger, he got so mad that kakarot (goku) that he just went all out! he turned ssj2 by training for 7 years straight after the cell saga.( no wonder!) ssj3 he skipped bcuz bulma uzed this beam. i cant tell u how he turned ssj4 but if he skipped ssj3 what level did he go?duh?
